Located at beautiful Indian Lake in west-central Ohio,
65 miles from Columbus and Dayton. Our cottages are in
the Waterbury resort area with waterfront access on the
east bank of the lake facing beautiful sunsets. We offer
units with or without a boat dock.
Fish and swim just steps from your front door; or there
are two State beaches and acres and acres of parkland
within a few minutes drive. There is a great bike path
and public areas are located all around our lake.
Our units are neat and clean and you will find the
kitchens well stocked with cooking utensils and adequate
table service. Renters are expected to supply their own
bed and bath linens.
Baby crib, changing table, playpen, high chair,
waterproof sheets, bed linens, towels, etc. are
available for a nominal charge. We strive to accommodate
our guests’ needs to help assure them of an enjoyable
and restful vacation.
Our units are comfortably heated and available year
around for our guests wanting to enjoy spring and fall
peak fishing seasons or those who love winter sports.
Indian Lake provides safe ice fishing and snowmobiling
most winters and is located just minutes away from Mad
River Mountain Ski Resort.
Unit 1: 7798 Park Drive Russells Point, Ohio 43348.
2nd floor loft apartment with a lake view. Unit sleeps
four and has one bedroom (double bed) with a double size
hide-a-bed in the living room. Brand new with air
conditioning, basic cable and a gas grill. Unit rents
for $250.00 per week during peak season, Memorial Day
through Labor Day. Pre and post peak season rates are
reduced on a sliding scale. The weeks of Christmas and
New Years are full price.
Unit 2: 7806 Maple Street, Russells Point, Ohio 43348
Unit is a two bedroom, traditional cottage. Bedroom 1
has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The
enclosed lake room has a futon. There are two couches in
the living room so the unit could sleep eight. This unit
has a great deck and a gas grill.
This unit has a window air conditioner and basic cable.
Unit rents for $350.00 per week during peak season,
Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pre and post peak season
rates are reduced on a sliding scale. The weeks of
Christmas and New Years are full price.
